Sec 1 registration

Woke up at 5.15am as usual for school. I was 6mins late when i reached school but i'm not the latest. While i was walking towards the school main gate, i saw many taxis and everyone who alighted from their cabs were councils. What a joke, i'm not really late. A bunch of friends shouted my name across the amphitheater upon my arrive. I was laughing silently in my heart at Jona because he looked weird in his long pants. I got used to the others because i've seen them many times in their formal look and Joel in his jeans. NO.2 weird person is Danl. He kept complaining about him looking weird and that his pants was very baggy and such. I missed many people and started chatting with Syn Yu and Tricia about what crap we did during the holidays. Mr Alex Tan the new in charge for council gave us our duty for the sec 1s registration. Zina and i was being put outside the hall. One on each side, we were supposed to greet the parents and help them if they're in need. Tricia and Syn Yu were put outside the canteen near the staircase towards the hall. We were in supposed to talk and thus we used hand signals. I was given all sorts of funny signs and i gave them back the question mark face. Bao came, not because of PA duty(anyway she didn't even know there was...), she came with her brother Qi Wei who will be in sec 1/7. Oh, there are 7 classes next year, 1NT, 2NA and 4EXP.

After duty, three of us went to the classrooms for fun. Found Bao and Chris(not me but Chris Yong), Bao gave us watermelon bubble gums and we started to chew. Then we went to amphitheater together with Edmund and Benedict. Edmund told me that two sec 1s have a name and surname exactly same as theirs, Benedict Tay and Edmund Tay. Than at amphitheater, together with the councils there, we when checking of names to find if there were same names as us. I said to Syn Yu that maybe their will be 'Pei Shan' or 'Christine' on one of the list. I moved to the next name list of sec 1/7 and the first name i saw was Neoh Pei Shan. Great, saying the thing that will happen next really happened. Than i found Danial, not Danl(Daniel), Rachel(Syn Yu) and Johnason. I had a hard time pronouncing Danial and they were laughing at me for my mispronunciation. Syn Yu covered the name Johnason and made the others guess the name i found. The way she revealed the answer was damn hilarious. She went, " the combination of Jonathan(Jona) and Johnson gives you...," she opened two of her hands, "Johnason!" We laughed hard, please don't misunderstand. We were not laughing at their names but laughing at the coincidence of names that appear on the name list. Many of the councilors names appeared on the class list.

Soon, Mr Tan came and asked some of us to go to the canteen to stand on guard. Three of us still slacked at the amphitheater but after ten mins, we went to the classrooms again to look for Bao. Syn Yu and i were blowing the gums and Tricia found out that gums can be blown like chewing gums. There were no one there as all of the parents went to the canteen to purchase textbooks. Councilors gathered at two different tables. We went to Bao's side and soon, Edmund and Raychard came to crap. I told Qi Wei that we will 'bully' him during the sec 1s' orientation days. Bao was laughing away. Raychard was also blowing his gum and i told him that i found 'Rachel' on one of the class list for sec 1. He popped his gum on his nose. We started laughing harder. I almost swallowed my gum. Than i repeated myself than he understood what was 'Rachel' not 'Raychard'. After all the crap, we had nothing to say. Bao blurred out a question for her brother," So, you made any friends?" I helped Qi Wei to answer the question," There, six of us councils lo." We broke out another laughter. Than Bao when home and we went to the other table where the others gathered

We started all sorts of nonsense and made quite a din but anyway the parents were noisier. Danl were complaining about his long fringe and Sin Ni and i were comparing our long fringe with Danl. Jona was sitting quietly beside Danl and Danl manage to drag him into the conversation of hair. Zina joined in and Danl said that Jona will never get caught during spot check because his fringe never get to touch his eyebrows and his side burn is always shaved away. (OK i made him sound like some nerd...sorry Jona but this is for the sake of others to enjoy reading my blog. GOHmehNAsai``) He finally confused that he was forced. I told Danl that pink shirt is cute on guys especially when it is pink collar shirt with a black tie. Danl didn't catch what i meant and i asked Danl to wear pink collar shirt with black tie. Danl said what, and he made his normal

-.- (retard) face. Both of us were crapping about whether he should wear a pink shirt instead of his usual black shirt. Soon we went back to his 'hair' talk. We are talking about how he should comb his hair. LOL, i combed his hair and he made it messy again.

Prashanth announced that Mr Tan treated us drinks and we were glad to accept the offer. Felicia, Zina and Benedict brought lemon barley and they complained that the lemon barley tasted weird. Zina said that it tasted like medicine. Soon we were let off after a short meeting.

Edmund, Zina, Raychard, Felicia, Joel, Danl, Kah Jing and me went to mac for lunch. After lunch, we slacked at mac and talk crap again. All of us gave suggestion to Danl which hairstyle suits him best. I combed his hair again with Zina's comb and Zina gave her comb to Danl. Danl destroyed the comb by applying chilli sauce on the comb. In the end, we asked him to reblond his fringe but we had to go back to school on the 28th where we have spotcheck. So we decided that he will go reblond his hair next year. Than we discussed where to buy our Christmas presents. I started ask Danl to wear pink shirt on Christmas day. Now he has a fear of pink shirt, Hee~~. Zina, Raychard and Edmund had to go and left the four of us. Danl when home to change and 4 of us when to Joel's house because Joel had to get his stuff. Sat bus 16 and it took long time to reach Kallang because it went the Orchard road direction. Kah Jing and Joel fell asleep on the bus. Alighted the bus and jay-walked acrossed the road. It was not scary at first but Joel when to scare my soul out of me. Jay-walking with Joel is damn dangerous. Slacked at Joel's house than when to the post office. Joel when to collect his 7kg parcel from his mom and there were lots of stuff in it. Than we noticed that we were late. Danl was asking us to hurry to Bugis and we were about 30 mins late. It was not him who was early but he was 30 mins late for the meeting time and we were 1 hr late for the meeting time. After a going to a few shops, i had to rush home as i had dinner outside with my Da gu gu and Xiao gu gu.
